Just over 5 years ago Veginity first started out as a Food Truck in a warehouse in a back alley in Portobello. We started off with just Ingrida and I, then one of our first employees was Brazilian. And as we have grown we have always had at least one Brazilian on our team. So this month we have decided to bring the beautiful flavours of Brazil to Ireland! It is the largest country in South America and has a massively diverse population with culinary influences from far and wide. To say thanks to all our current staff and previous Brazilian staff we are bringing a little bit of home to them. We don’t just like Brazilians, We love them!!! Muito obrigado meus amigos!
