Finally the weather seems to be changing to spring and it’s time to spend a bit more time outdoors. The chefs have been dreaming of warm summer holidays and have chosen to have a Hawaiian inspired menu for the month of April. Hawaii has great diversity in their cuisine with influences from the first inhabitants of Polynesian descendants and then with a great influx of Japanese and Chinese food. Amazing fusion and our chefs have been researching to bring the best of Hawaiian inspired cuisine. The menu will be posted over the next few days and we are starting this Thursday!
