Although its origins are unknown, Gremolata has a key place in Italian cuisine. It is a chopped herb condiment classically made of lemon zest, garlic and parsley and is traditionally an accompaniment to Osso Bucco alla Millanese. 

HOWEVER ... as we are an all plant-based restaurant, we have used this gorgeous combination to accompany freshly seared asparagus - our starter - Seared Asparagus with Gremolata and Lemon. So you get the antibacterial and rich antioxidants of the parsley and lemon along with the well documented medicinal properties of garlic. Amplify this with the high antioxidants, including vitamin C and E of the asparagus. 

What a great way to kick start the year!

Our Italian inspired main is Aniseed Patimarron Pumpkin, pan fried Butter Beans, caramelised Fennel, Cavolo Nero Arancini and who can go past our Lasagna Burger, with Soy Protein Ragu Sauce, Bechamel Foam and Spinach Focaccia Bun.  Yum!

And for dessert, taking inspiration from the well known Tiramisu Cannoli and using our veginity creativity you've just got to try our Tirimis Nitro Gato, Sponge Fingers, Hazelnut Gelato, Nitro, Coffee Cannoli. A dessert you won't find anywhere else!
