We had a great day yesterday, thanks to Taste of Dublin for inviting us and to everyone who came over to try our food and chat with us!
Feels so good to be back in the kitchen and doing what we love: cooking mouthwatering food and feeding everyone!
We served up our tostones – green plantain with charred corn, roasted pepper salsa, avocado and lime, amongst many other tasty treats
English celebrity Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall (of River Cottage fame) stopped by to try some of our XO King Oyster Mushrooms. He told Mark he should do some cooking demos!
